- In saleable condition, with all original packaging
- The items have not been worn, damaged or altered
- The items are returned within 30 days from purchase
- Purchased through our online store
PLEASE NOTE: We do not refund sale items though they can be returned for an exchange or store credit.
Due to health reasons we cannot refund or exchange earrings.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please email customerservice@lindatahija.com and quote your order details and we will issue you with a return ID number. We do not refund original shipping costs, and return shipping is at your expense.
We recommend a traceable method of return shipping, as we cannot provide a refund until items have been received and inspected.
Returns and exchanges will be given to products purchased at the LINDA TAHIJA Online Boutique. Exchanges cannot be given to items purchased from LINDA TAHIJA stockists. Please contact the original store where you purchased your item and enquire about their return/exchange policy.

In the event that your Linda Tahija jewellery is faulty, please email customerservice@lindatahija.com to arrange for a return ID number. You will need to provide your order number if purchase through our online store, or proof of purchase. Please also email through photos of the issue to speed up the process. If the issue is deemed to be a manufacturing fault and the item is within our 2 year warranty period, we will email you through a return postage paid label for you to send the item back to us. We will replace or repair your item, or offer a refund.
