We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 Australia wide via Australia Post with a signature required on arrival. Please allow 2 – 7 days for your order to be delivered.

EXPRESS WITHIN AUSTRALIA
$7.95 – usually next working day delivery if order is placed before 3pm and you are in the express post service area. Please allow 1 - 3 business days. A signature is required on arrival.
Please be aware that you may be responsible for payment of the following costs when your order is sent outside of Australia.
Duties and taxes
All of our international orders are sent delivery duty unpaid (DDU). Please be aware that you may be responsible for the payment of delivery duties and sales taxes. We are unable to estimate these costs as they are determined by the receiving country and the amount will vary based on the total value of each order.
Currency conversion fees
A currency conversion fee may be charged by your payment service provider. Please contact your payment service provider to be informed of their currency conversion fees.
Parcel not collected
If you are receiving your order internationally and you do not collect your parcel, it will be returned to us. Due to the cost of sending orders internationally, you will be responsible for the payment of shipping costs for us to resend your parcel.
All Linda Tahija Jewellery is covered by a 2 year warranty from date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects.
Please note, normal wear and tear such as gold plating wear and tarnishing is not covered.
The warranty is voided if the jewellery has been worked on by a jeweller other than Linda Tahija.

30 DAY, HASSLE FREE RETURNS
CHANGE OF MIND –
We offer a 30 day returns policy on full priced items for change of mind (refund or exchange). The items must be –
-In saleable condition, with all original packaging
-The items have not been worn, damaged or altered
-The goods are returned within 30 days from purchase
- Purchased through our online store
PLEASE NOTE: We do not refund sale items though they can be returned for an exchange or store credit.
Due to health reasons we cannot refund or exchange earrings.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please email email@example.com and quote your order details and we will issue you with a return ID number. We do not refund original shipping costs, and return shipping is at your expense.
We recommend a traceable method of return shipping, as we cannot provide a refund until items have been received and inspected.
Returns and exchanges will be given to products purchased at the LINDA TAHIJA Online Boutique. Exchanges cannot be given to items purchased from LINDA TAHIJA stockists. Please contact the original store where you purchased your item and enquire about their return/exchange policy.
FAULTY ITEMS -
Before your goods are shipped to you they are thoroughly inspected to ensure they live up to our quality standards.
In the event that your goods arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange for a return ID number. Once received and inspected we will offer a refund or exchange. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will issue you with a return ID number.
PARCEL NOT COLLECTED -
All of our parcels require a signature on delivery. If you are not home upon delivery and you do not collect your parcel from the post office within 10 business days, it will be returned to us. Due to the cost of redelivery, you will be responsible for the payment of shipping costs for us to resend your parcel.
